Given :

$4^{3 - \log_{4} 3} = 4^{3} \times 4^{- \log_{4} 3}$

We know, $c^{\log_{a} b} = b^{\log_{a} c}$

∴ $4^{3} \times 4^{- \log_{4} 3} = 4^{3} \times 3^{- \log_{4} 4} = 4^{3} \times 3^{- 1}$ = 64/3

Hence, option (c).
